Hi, I’m Dreama Shuler, DNP, PMHNP-BC.

I’m an integrative psychiatric nurse practitioner who believes that patients should be supported, educated, and empowered to take control of their mental well-being. I help high-functioning adults struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, and those navigating major life transitions (illness, leaving home for school, etc). I also support caregivers of loved ones with chronic illness or Alzheimer's to foster healthy coping strategies to relieve stress and find emotional balance.

With over 14+ years of healthcare experience, specializing in mental health care, my goal is not just to provide solutions, but to equip you with the tools and knowledge to build lasting resilience and self-efficacy.

My journey into psychiatry was not a straight path—I was drawn to it through life experiences and a deep desire to provide more meaningful, patient-centered care. After years of working in mental health hospitals and outpatient settings, I saw firsthand how rushed, one-size-fits-all approaches left patients feeling unheard and unfulfilled. 

That’s why I started my own practice—to create a space where you feel truly seen, supported, and actively involved in your healing. By blending traditional psychiatric care with integrative approaches like mindfulness, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications, I help my patients find balance, clarity, and confidence in their everyday lives.
