Initial Evaluation
A 90-minute comprehensive evaluation to understand your mental health history, symptoms, and goals. This session will include diagnosis, treatment planning, medication recommendations (if applicable), and a discussion of integrative treatment options such as nutrition, mindfulness, and lifestyle changes.

50 Minute Follow-Up
For ongoing psychotherapy and/or medication management. These sessions allow time to dive deeper into therapy, assess medication effectiveness, discuss lifestyle modifications, and make any necessary treatment adjustments.
$225 ($195 for biweekly or weekly appointments)
25 Minute Follow-Up
A focused session for medication adjustments, symptom check-ins, and brief discussion of lifestyle interventions. If significant medication changes, therapy, or a full discussion of integrative modalities are needed, a longer appointment will be recommended.
